You can cancel your order within 48 hours after your order without any duty.

Basically, we accept no-limited returns, which means that if you are not satisfied with the product that you purchase on whoog.com. we will accept the return.

 

As long as the product is unpacked, you can return the product any time you want. And we will cover the shipping cost.

 

However, if the product is unpacked in any condition, or after the first return of the same order, you can process your return by using your local post office or logistic servicers at your own cost.

To be noticed that Intimate clothing(e.g. Lingerie) , Consumables(e.g. paint) and special orders(e.g. soccer jerseys with numbers and names printed on) product are not returnable after you unpack the package if there are no original quality problems.

It is recommended that you ask customer service about the detail return policy before your buying.

 

Steps

1. contact the customer services email to launch the return process.

2. provide the order number and email address you used to purchase.

3. detail the product you want to return, and tell customer service the reason why that you need to return them.

4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.

5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

Note: the return address and time duration will be given with in the customer service emails.

 

 

Conditions

For duty free returns:

Items must be returned unpacked and with all original tags attached.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (whether the item will be able to duty-free return is detailed on the description of the product.)

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

For returns of customization products

The return of customization products must be only in the reason of original quality issue. You need to provide the pictures that shows the original quality issue.

The returns must be launched in the warranty duration.

You need to provide us the order No. within the email.

It will take 5 to 8 working days to determine whether the product is returnable. we will inform you though Email.

The shipping fees, tax and insurances are not be able to refund.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account per your request.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
