Warranty policy

 

Whooog.com's warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product. On selected products and in instances where Whooog.com is considered the seller, warranty repairs will be carried out at Whooog.com's authorized service centers. In instances where a product is bought through a customized choice, including OEM services, ordinary customization orders, or any made-to-order products, the very warranty will be specified with the made-to-order inquiry emails. Please remember to check ask our customer service for detail.

 

The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repair of defective product or replacement of the defective part, or replacement or refund according to market price of the product itself (such decision at the product seller’s discretion). Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

 

 

In cases where whooog.com are considered the seller, a twelve (12) month warranty will be provided for eligible items purchased. Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we'll issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, you'll be refunded in full product price.
